Tip #3: Build Consistency With Short, Repeatable Routines
Many people start with ambitious workout plans, only to become overwhelmed and stop soon after. A better approach is to create short routines you know you can repeat consistently. A workout does not have to be long to be effective.
For example:
- 20 minutes of strength training
- 10 minutes of stretching
- A simple push-pull-legs rotation
- A brief full-body routine three times a week
Short sessions reduce mental resistance and help fitness feel achievable rather than burdensome. Once you’ve built consistency, extending the duration or intensity becomes natural.
